Ashley Carmen FNP-C | Founder, Owner, & Injector
Ashley Carmen, FNP-C, is the founder, owner, and provider at Aiyana Atelier - Alexandria. She is renowned for her meticulous eye for detail and comprehensive consultations. With over 15 years of nursing experience, she guides patients in making informed decisions about their aesthetic journey, focusing on natural enhancements and addressing root issues.
Highly respected in the aesthetics community, Ashley has garnered numerous accolades and been featured in prominent publications such as Modern Luxury DC and VIP Alexandria Magazine. She has also been a guest on the Aesthetic Record podcast, sharing her expertise with a wider audience. She is the Co-Founder for Aesthetic Multipliers which seeks to mentor the next generation of aesthetic providers, as well as The Aesthetics Injector Gang Podcast discussing the in and outs of being an aesthetic provider.
Ashley's passion for education and training is evident in her roles as faculty for a variety of national conferences, a national trainer for Allergan Medical Institute, Galderma, and Evolus, as well as her in-house training offerings of private shadows/trainings.
Committed to giving back, Ashley actively supports her Old Town Alexandria and Middleburg communities and constantly seeks new ways to contribute. Outside the studio, you'll find her enjoying local experiences, cuddling with her fur baby, or spending leisurely days boating with her husband. She also has a love for travel.

Angela Burleson FNP-C | Aesthetic Injector
Angela Burleson has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner for over 7 years focusing in the specialties of Ear, Nose and Throat, Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic Surgery. Her extensive background and keen aesthetic eye have married to create a deep appreciation for facial anatomy, which she uses to help guide her comprehensive and individualized treatment plans. She prides herself on helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals in line with their own natural beauty. She consistently seeks out education and training opportunities to provide her patients with the most innovative treatments available. She is the sole injector at Aiyana Atelier’s second location in the heart of Middleburg, Virginia. Outside of work, she appreciates her fur babies and fine wines. She has recently started enjoying quiet sunsets on her new farm with her husband, riding horses, and caring for all her new chickens! Evelyn Fuentes FNP-C | Wellness Nurse Practitioner
Evelyn Fuentes is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone health, functional medicine, and wellness optimization. With over a decade of clinical experience, she helps patients navigate challenges such as menopause, testosterone decline, thyroid imbalance, and metabolic health. Frustrated by how often patients are told “everything is normal” despite not feeling like themselves, Evelyn takes a different approach—listening closely to each person’s story and using those insights, not just lab numbers, to uncover the root cause of symptoms. Her care blends evidence-based medicine with personalized strategies to restore energy, balance hormones, and support long-term vitality. Patients value her honesty, compassion, and dedication to helping them feel truly seen, heard, and empowered in their health journey. Andrea Clarke BSN, RN | Aesthetic Fellow
Andrea has enjoyed a colorful and multifaceted 23-year career as a BSN-RN. Most of this span was spent in the cardiac space where she managed and scaled a cardiac remote monitoring company caring for patients with chronic heart rhythm challenges. Although she enjoyed a successful career as a Medtech executive, she continuously felt pulled toward the specialty of Aesthetic Medicine. Having started as an aesthetic patient herself, she often daydreamed about how she might one day pivot to the speciality. Indeed, it has always fascinated her. Her dream came true after she and her sister sold the company they had built and, as fate and good luck would have it, she found Ashley Carmen. Under the training of Ashley, over a seven month residency, Andrea’s passion was unlocked and she is truly living fulfilled. In addition to practicing as an aesthetic nurse provider. Joy Stafford | NeoGen-PSR Provider & Master Esthetician
Joy’s journey in skincare began during her high school years with a make-up artistry certification, leading to a rich career in aesthetic services. As a former clinic instructor at the Esthetic Institute in Vienna, VA, Joy has trained countless students in the art of skincare consultations and treatment selection. Her specialty lies in advanced treatments for multicultural skin, including laser treatments, chemical peels, and various other modalities. Joy's commitment to continuing education keeps her at the forefront of technological advances in the field making her the perfect fit for Aiyana Atelier in the launch of our NeoGen - PSR device. When she's not helping clients achieve their skincare goals, Joy enjoys traveling the world with her husband and spending quality time with her fur baby! Ariana Speight, BSN-RN | Aesthetic Resident and Injector
Ariana Speight, BSN-RN is a Registered Nurse with a background in Labor & Delivery before finding her true passion in aesthetic medicine. Trained under respected leaders in the field, she specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative treatments. Known for her warm personality and eye for detail, Ariana takes pride in delivering natural, confidence-enhancing results tailored to each patient’s unique features and goals. Always committed to continuing education, she is passionate about advancing her skills so her patients consistently receive the very best care. When she’s not injecting, Ariana enjoys traveling, Pilates, salsa dancing, and discovering new hobbies. Always ready for the next passport stamp, her adventurous spirit and passion for growth shine through in both her work and everyday life.
