Growth Factors in Treatment

As you know, I am always looking for the latest and greatest products to keep you endlessly beautiful. You may have heard of using stem cells, growth factors, and other sorcery these days? Well, I have been seeking out the best company that has all these little gems in a quality delivery system with proven efficacy, and backed by white papers. So after trying all the market has to offer, after our own personal use, and getting some patient feedback, I am thrilled to finally offer you…AnteAGE MD! I am super excited to reshape some of our microneedling packages to incorporate use of these exciting enhancements to give you insane results!

So, let’s talk about it. One product in particular that I am super in love with is their Growth Factor Solution. This product is used in the new microneedling service ‘Microneedling with Exosomes and Stem Cells ’. This solution would be applied during your treatment, and contains human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells which replicate our body’s natural stem cell bio signals! What does this mean? It means that these stem cells and growth factors have major anti-inflammatory benefits, they improve and regulate the epidermal and dermal cells reducing scar formation, and allow for pigmentation improvements, fine line reduction, increase in skin elasticity, tone, and smoother texture. They also contain hyaluronic acid which, if you know me, is a staple for everyone to help the skin retain moisture and volume. Think it can’t get better, well, hold on, because there is also Interleukin-10 (yep, your antihistamine drug!) that is an additional potent anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic cytokine which inhibits a hyper inflammatory immune response—- FASTER HEALING. What’s also great is that all AnteAGE MD products contain only pure ingredients native to the human body.

We will also have the Brightening solution as an option which has all of the goodies that exist in the Growth Factor Solution, adding in the powerful combination of Tranexamic Acid, N-Acetylene Glucosamine (NAG), and Tetrapeptide-30/Nonapeptide-1. Tranexamic acid is a synthetic amino acid that reduces pigmentation and inhibits UV-induced pigment. NAG is a stable form of glucosamine (yep, the orthopedic joint drug) with increased bioavailability that reduces melanogenesis while the peptides prevent hormone related melanin synthesis; looking at you again Ms. Melasma! This was formulated to safely target melanin production at deeper levels that traditional topical products AND isn’t irritating or drying.

We want to make sure that your post care is on point to minimize your downtime and keep you on track. With these new options for microneedling, we will provide you with the appropriate aftercare kits to ensure that you have the correct tools in your arsenal for optimal results and quick recovery. These kits will last you 7-14 days and can be worked into your normal Aiyana regimen. Depending on your skin and your treatment, your post care will include a combination of the following: more stem cells to apply at home, the MD serum, the MD accelerator, and/or the MD brightener. The MD Serum restores and protects the skin with a fast absorbing formula of concentrated growth factors, antioxidants, and peptides. The MD Accelerator is packed with vitamins C and E, bakuchiol (say that 5 times fast) which is a natural retinol alternative, and growth factors to repair skin at the cellular level. If you decide that you love them, are on a microneedling series, or are looking for a simple three step skincare routine, the full sized products are available in-store and via email only.

Please don’t hesitate to ask about this exciting enhancement to microneedling. We still have traditional microneedling and also the microneedling with PRF (using your own blood plasma as a glide) as options too. Everyone always asks when to start and how many to do and the simple answer is start now as prevention yearly but if there is scarring or pigment concerns then a series of 3-6 every 4-6 weeks is optimal!

Soooo much to choose from, but we are happy to discuss all the things during your consultation or when we numb you for your treatment!

Xoxox, Ashley
