Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Aiyana Atelier believes in the quality and efficacy of the products we sell, including, but not limited to, skincare and supplements. 

In the event you are not satisfied or experience adverse effects, all Aiyana Atelier Private Line skincare, PCA Skin, Revitalash, Nutrafol, and Skinade products are eligible for an exchange or store credit of the full purchase price, if returned within 30 days of purchase date. Aiyana Atelier is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. 

Gift cards are not refundable but you may gift to another person. 

Holiday Promotions

All 12 Days of Deals promotions expire November 15 of the following year and services must be booked and completed, no exceptions. May be used at any Aiyana Atelier location. No exceptions, no sharing/splitting between patients, no substitutions/exchanges, or additional discounts apply. Holds no cash value. Daily quantity limits may apply. While supplies last.

Memberships

Memberships are held to the minimum term commitment as detail in the membership agreement.

VIP Membership: Giftcards purchased as part of a promotion or discount cannot be used to pay monthly membership dues. Any credits that are accrued for skin care treatments must be used in a timely manner; memberships that renew/ continue for subsequent years must use all four credits within that year or they will be forfeited as they cannot be carried over to the next calendar year.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATIONS 

Please remember that all appointments are by appointment only and please arrive on-time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $250 per appointment booked. This fee is non-refundable and is not available to be used as a credit. 

If you no-show or same-day cancel, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee which is listed with each booking. There are no exceptions to a no-notice/no-show or same day cancel. You may email info@aiyanaatelier.com or call/text the office if you need assistance with rescheduling. No other forms of notification (ie.DM cancellations) will be accepted. 

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED or they risk cancellation and the cancellation fee. You are responsible for activating and monitoring the notification settings from within the Vagaro app. You will receive a notification confirmation on booking at 96-hours prior to your appointment, and also a 24-hour reminder. If you did not receive, then your appointment is not booked.

Aiyana Atelier Wellness Program

By participating in Aiyana Atelier's wellness program and receiving prescribed medications, I understand and agree to the following terms:   Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, and safekeeping of any medications prescribed and dispensed and explained to me as part of the wellness program.  

Lost or Stolen Medications: I understand that Aiyana Atelier, LLC (d/b/a Aiyana Atelier), its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any medications that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after they have been dispensed to me. I acknowledge that: Lost or stolen medications will not be replaced without a new prescription and additional payment, No refunds will be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged medications, Any replacement prescriptions will be written at the sole discretion of the prescribing provider  

**Storage Requirements**: I agree to store all medications according to the provided instructions and in a secure location that is: Away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, Inaccessible to children and unauthorized individual- Stored in a cool dry place (refrigerator) and away from temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing, Protected from theft or misuse

I understand that:   
- I am financially responsible for the cost of any replacement medications   
 - No refunds or credits will be issued for medications that are lost, stolen, or damaged after dispensing  
Hold Harmless: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Aiyana Atelier, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me as a result of lost, stolen, or damaged medications dispensed through the wellness program.
